Workshop Overview:
Hosted by George, Build a Band is a full-day workshop running from 10am–4pm, designed to help you take the skills you’ve developed at home or in lessons and use them in a real band setting. Working through a predetermined set list in the studio’s live room, you’ll spend the day learning how to play as part of a group, lock in with the drummer and bass player, support a singer, listen to the musicians around you, and understand how your own part fits into the bigger picture. The focus is on teamwork, confidence and practical experience getting you out of the bedroom and into a proper live playing environment where you can put everything you’ve been practising into action.
