The D to Open G is a quick change and whilst I know I should endeavour to get this right I’ve been tempted to just add my pinkie to the top e string on the G to get a similar sound (although I’m beating myself up for taking the easy option). Is this acceptable or should I strive to play the open G? I can play along to the track doing it my “cheating” way but mess up otherwise. I know 😬

Also just aside I find playing the barre chord G to the F is easier than open G to barre F. I’m loving the challenges this lesson is bringing so thank you, and I will look at the chorus tomorrow 😁
