This weekend I have transcribed "Under the bridge" by the Red hot chilli peppers for an upcoming lesson next month. This one isn't for the faint hearted, I haven't decided if this is a level 5 or level 6 lesson, Its full of Hendrix style parts that add little lead licks in between the bar chords. The first chord uses a D chord but using the C caged shape (Imagine putting a capo on the 2nd fret then fretting a regular C chord.... but without the capo!) Needless to say the shorter scale length on the Jaguar is helping me out a bit with those stretches!
